What
is the "Secret Code" or "Blueprint" to Speed
training?
Speed training is just the elimination of a so-called electrical
short that prevents the flow of information from going back
and forth from the mind to the body.
It's like giving
you a Mental Thermostat or Cruise Control to regulate
the exact speed of any movement or technique (at the level)
that you want instantly.
I'm not talking about
6 months or 6 years but within a few minutes to a couple of
hours training.

to achieve maximum level of speed while using less energy...

There are 9 levels or steps to achieving perfect speed in
any movement or technique:
Level 1:
You will learn how your mind and body learns speed and the concept
behind the whole process.
Level 2: You
will learn the first basics of speed training and how crucial
it is to learn this step-by-step process.
Level 3: This
third level is never done in sports and probably along with
the basics of speed, one of the most important levels of learning
speed training.
Level 4: This
level is very easy to learn because every athlete will automatically
want to achieve this level as fast as possible. This is where
they make the biggest mistake that prevents them from achieving
peak performance in Speed.
Level 5: This
level is great because nobody will ever know how you process
and control your speed because it's all done automatically in
your mind
Level 6:
This is the basic level for mental training that will elevate
your speed to a subconscious and natural level.
Level 7: This
level is the mid point to achieve peak speed performance in
any sport.
Level 8:
The final level is very easy because athletes are doing this
level already but only at a 50% level.
Level 9: Although
you can cheat at this level, you will only get between 50% -
75% of your maximum speed but it allows you the cheat without
breaking any rules and is perfectly legal to use in any sport.
Level 5-9 will enable you to use maximum speed without anybody
knowing how you're doing it.
What's
wrong with Plyometrics... Using
Parachutes...
Ladders...
Drills... Fast & Slow
Twitch
Muscles... Right
and Left Brain theories?
Although some of
these things are good... they try to train athletes on how to
become faster in an Ass-Backwards kind of way.
Let me explain...
Millions of athletes
are wasting their time using pieces of equipment to improve
their speed because true and effective speed is done from the
inside out and not from the outside in. Athletes think that
by forcing your body with all these gimmicks that it will in
some way, give them the control over their speed.
Let me prove this
to you NOW...
After you've trained
with a piece of equipment that is suppose to make your faster...
how do you feel after training? Probably you feel good and think
that your speed has increased but how do you really know?
Maybe
you could use a stop watch to measure if you've really increased
your speed or maybe it's just a feeling within your body that
tells you.
If all these gimmicks
were so good then why do athletes still HOPE or ASSUME
that they'll do well in training and in competition?
It's because they
can't CONTROL their speed.
Let me ask you a
question: Could you drive your car for period of an hour while
maintaining your speed at 60 miles per hour?
In seminars every
athlete will raise their hand and tell me they could accomplish
the above task. But now I ask them the same question, except
this time, the car they'll be driving won't have a Speedometer
or Cruise control.
What I do for athletes,
is to show them where the Speedometer and Cruise Control is
located within their own body and how to regulate the speed
that they want in their sport.
If
You Can't Control It, Then You
Don't Own It...
Pure And Simple
So what is the answer?
You
Must Train Speed From The Inside Of Your Body
Through
a Technique That Synchronizes The
Communications
Between The Mind And Body
Natural athletes
and the champions have natural talents and abilities that enable
them to control their speed... but they don't know how it's
done or can't explain it to you.
This internal and
natural communication will work and enable them to be in the
Zone or Flow... where everything seems to work
out for them on a consistent basis.

when everything is working great and even if you tried to do
anything wrong, you wouldn't be able. And other days when even

Hi my name is Victor
Cormier - although I was Provincial, Regional, National and
International karate champion for Team Canada, I still had problems
with my speed.
On certain days everything
would work great and the next day I couldn't seem to control
my speed and performance to the level that I wanted.

performance problems?
3. How many repetitions
will be needed?
4. How much time
will it take?...6 months...6 years.... or 60 years...
I thought if these
so-called BS gurus and experts can't solve my problems... then
I would devote the next 16 years in researching and developing
some kind of system that would give me the answers that millions
of athletes in all sports desperately want answers to.

If
the Guru or Expert can't explain the W-5
(Who,
What, When, Where, Why and HOW), then run as fast
as you can form
them, because they'll suck all the Energy,
Time
and Money from you...
While researching
for 16 years, I discovered the Secret techniques that enables
any athlete to master and control their Speed... Timing... Rhythm...

Some
of the Myth about Speed
- Train hard
- Although training hard is important, it won't give you
the instant level of speed that you want because it isn't
the answer. I know lots of athletes that train harder than

- Get into great
physical conditioning - Again great physical conditioning
is important to all athletes but it won't assure you of achieving
the ultimate level of speed.
- Within time
speed will come automatically - My question is "How
much time can you afford?" Is it going to take you 6
months or 6 years... and maybe by the time it does happen...
you might be retired by then.
- Use concentration
to enable you to have perfect speed - Concentration is
important but you can concentrate for the next 20 years and
not get to the level of speed that you want because you might
not be concentrating in the right direction!
- Left and right
brain BS - Some gurus say that is has to do with the left
or right side of the brain that enables athletes to achieve
peak levels of speed. My question is theories are nice but
where are the practical results that athletes can use NOW?
- Fast and Slow
twitch muscles - The guys that came up with this BS certainly
had too much time on their hands and certainly didn't play
sports... If you can't prove it in a practical way... then
it's all a BS theory.
- Jumping up
and down through hoops and ladders. It won't help
you because it's focusing and the wrong end of the problem,
it's like pushing on rope versus pulling on the rope.
- Training with
a parachute and kinds of gimmicky things. They are focusing
on the wrong end of the problem. You can't push the external
speed on the body till the internal and external speeds are
connected properly.
Note: The
above list isn't the place where you're going to find maximum
speed because you're focusing in the wrong area. Athletes, coaches
and the gurus have been teaching this ass backwards for the
past 100 years and it just doesn't work....period!
Why
does Speed breakdown in sports?
Speed will breakdown
internally within your own mind and body.
It's like a so-called
electrical short that interferes with the lightning speed communication
between the mind and body. My technique eliminates this electrical
short and allows the natural process of speed to flow easily
